Our Resume includes work for high-rise condominium buildings, offices, apartments, hospitals and hotels. Our in-house technical design team adapts customized equipment for each job as needed.
Our goal in every instance is to work with the client and their engineer to develop a plan that is the most effective for that circumstance. This plan may include an entire pipe lining or perhaps only the hot water risers.
Buildings that use a re-circulating hot water system are particularly at risk because the perpetual flow of hot water (already more corrosive than cold water) creates a significant stress directly on the soft copper.
